How We Do It — Get Dentists Get MORE 5-Star Reviews

Our automated process encourages your patients to rate, write and post excellent (4-star and 5-star) reviews on high traffic sites like Google, Yelp, Facebook, Healthgrades and others.

Excellent reviews prompt prospective patients to check you out on multiple sites, the ones that matter most to them. That’s where we’ll want to place you. When they read about you on three sites you have their full attention. They then may head over to your website and call for an appointment.

Here’s how we do it for you:

We begin with your personalized Smile Report. This is an analysis of your current review activity on the leading sites, including Google, Yelp, Facebook and others and serves as your baseline report. This tells what’s being said about you online right now.

Good reputation management attracts new patients.

We’ll recommend objectives and suggest action steps to take on the review sites we think serve your practice best. This can include adding photos, dental care tips and helpful information about your practice. You’ll also be on Google alerts and advised whenever you are mentioned on the web.

Next we automate your patient review acquisition program. Here’s how it works:

At your practice, patients may be invited to write reviews or they may receive a Review Card so they can write their review later. They also receive reminder email that encourages them to go online to your personalized landing page to write a review.

A review consists of awarding your practice 1 to 5 stars – 5 stars is excellent – and writing about their dental experience. (Smile Reports is HIPAA compliant.)

When your patient chooses to award you 4 or 5 stars their action triggers a web page with links to the key review sites. Your patient picks their favorite site then writes their review to accompany the stars they award to you.

New 4-star and 5-star patient reviews from across the Internet are streamed to your practice website for your patients and visitors to see.

SOMETIMES…
A patient may choose to award your practice 3 stars or less.

91% of consumers read reviews to make buying decisions 1
6% will spend more when they see mostly 4-star and 5-star reviews 2
90% of dental practices on Yelp have 10 reviews or less 3

This can indicate they are disappointed. This triggers a private message page that asks the patient to tell the practice about anything on the mind. Their message goes directly to the practice. A speedy response by the practice goes a long way to help resolve and often save the practice-patient relationship.

Fact: Make sure your office information is correct. It’s critical.

Sounds easy, yes? Well, 72% of practices list their office information wrong, including their office hours, phone number and address.3

A mistake can seriously derail your new business flow. Prospective patients can become confused and abandon their effort to make an appointment with you. Our staff makes certain your office information is 100% correct and consistent across the Internet.

As your practice reputation presence grows on the Internet we monitor your progress on each key site, expand your presence on the web, enhance your review site business pages, and continuously refine your ongoing strategy.
